+ 5 moreHansley (Hans the Handyman) is the BEST Handyman I have EVER used. This is the second time I have hired him and wanted to wait to write a review til after the second job was finished and I could list all of the things that I had him do. He is very trustworthy and would give my word on that. I live in Las Vegas part time and really needed someone I could trust to work on my house in San Diego when I am not in town and he is definitely your man!! He gives you a detailed receipt with all items listed and all money collected. I gave him a small amount down for supplies then paid a little more half way through (I kept adding more jobs throughout the time he was trying to finish the original job). Then the final payment at the end. He was finished with ALL of this work in about 6 days!! HE IS THE BEST, YOU HAVE MY WORD!! Feel free to call me if you have and questions!!
Description of Work: replaced hallway lights, painted and replaced interior doors, replaced door molding, painted 2 rooms, painted baseboards, replaced trim on kitchen island, replaced all piping under kitchen and bathroom sinks, removed old and installed new sink/cabinet/faucet/pluming in 2 bathrooms, installed tile back splash, patched sheet rock where medicine cabinets were, installed new bathroom mirrors, replaced leaky shower faucets, fixed laminate flooring and installed new laminate, replaced light switches, powerwashed entire fence, stainted entire fence, made and installed trim for fireplaces, painted front and garage door
