I liked his services. He was very polite and very neat about his work. He made a follow up call. I would highly recommend him and I would use his services probably in the near future. His price was reasonable and he bought the materials.

John is great to work with. He is reliable, doesn?t cut corners, and enjoys working out solutions to tricky problems. I can give him a list of repair jobs and know that everything will be carefully completed. I can also ask him advice about how to proceed and he always comes up with a well considered suggestion or solutions. He is very fair about what he charges.

John came over to look at the job the day after I called. He purchased the materials he needed for this particular job and returned the next week and completed the work in one afternoon.

John came out immediately when I called and gave me an estimate. I waited some time because I was getting other bids. I chose John because he was honest, telling me what he could do and what he couldn't, and his bid was very fair. He came out, inspected the crooked fence, and figured out how he would approach the building of that portion. He also came up with a great idea for my gate off the alley so it wouldn't tilt anymore! We agreed on the start date, and John came out, tore down and removed the old fence and built the new one just as he said he would. Then he tackled the gate, which was a challenge. He did a great job with everything, cleaned everything up, and was a great worker, coming when he said he would, finished when he said he would and kept the price to his original estimate.

He did great. It took a fair amount of time, and many more trips than either of us expected. The work he did was to my design and my plan, so the extra trips were due to my incorrect planning. There was one small electrical glitch he made, but with no consequence and easily fixed. My favorite part was him as a person. I am busy and need people I can trust to be home along in my house. I immediately liked John, and really truly enjoyed meeting him. He never wasted my time and understood my crazy schedule. The finished appearance of his work was exceptional. The parts of the job he planned and executed himself were flawless. He was absolutely fair in all of his dealings and is honest to the core. I would trust him with a bag of money if I had one. :) I see why other people have stated that they value John as a friend as well as a contractor. I feel the same as well.

John answered his phone when I called and agreed to stop by our home the following day to give us an estimate. He arrived on time, was friendly, and told us he would send an estimate. He sent us an estimate 2 days later. After we agreed on the price, we made a plan for a start date and proposed completion date of his work. John started the work earlier than planned, which was wonderful. John was reliable, thoughtful and very tolerant of our children and pets. He completed the work on time and we were very pleased with the results.

John always comes when promised, returns phone calls and is willing to tackle multiple handyman jobs. He is professional, multi-talented, reasonable, trustworthy, and a very nice fellow.

Older home with strange pattern on breaker box. At 11 pm, breaker shut off and when reset it would not reset. Called handyman deluxe, and he was over that day and determined it was the breaker. Had to find a replacement breaker that would fit the box. Came back the following day with breaker and came in under budget. Nice man, quick work, overall very satisfied.

John put in a new redwood fence with a gate. Originally he gave me an estimate for plastic fence, so it cost 25% more. The underground pipes from the equipment to the pool did not allow for a needed post so John was able to come up with a creative support beam to allow for a single gate replacing the cumbersome double gate. He did a superior job. He was timely, neat, professional and a very nice man. I highly recommend him.

John came to replace my fence and I asked him if he would replace the broken GFI. He brought the part and replaced it at the same time. He was knowledgeable and the price seemed fair.

John has done several jobs for me and I've been very pleased with his professionalism, the quality of his work, and his prices. He installed the insulation in the attic for me and while doing so he warned me about some electrical work that I had just had done up there. The work was not safe so I asked him to fix it the correct way. He also worked on a whole house fan that had stopped working efficiently. He had to fabricate something in order to make it work again. He also redid a fence gate that had settled since being installed and would no longer open. He moved the gate and it works perfectly again! I will be doing a remodel in my house and I may also hire him to do some work after the remodel is complete. I need a walkway down the side of my garage (where the gate is that he fixed) so I'll ask him to do that. I can't say enough good things about this handyman. I recommend him highly!

We wanted to create an improved workshop environment in our garage and needed to upgrade the lighting and outlet availability within a limited budget. John Willow did just what we wanted and kept within budget.

John was punctual, very detailed oriented, prompt, and very efficient, and knows all areas of construction work. Very much a perfectionist.
