It's been 3 or 4 months now and they have only mowed and trimmed, even though I have been paying for full service. My lawn is in worse shape than when they started. They were supposed to aerate, fertilize, weed, etc... I called to complain and was assured it would be taken care of. The next service, same thing, just mow and trim. DO NOT HIRE!

That price was suppose to include fertilizing my grass every six months; that has never been done. In a nutshell, my complaints are 1. it is nearly impossible to reach Mr. Hi by phone 2. They have damaged a bush by destroying it and my grass by cutting it shorter than I asked 3. They have not fertilized as was promised when I started service 4. They have slacked off on weed control 5. They have slacked off on trimming the bushes and they are getting too big A month ago they completely chopped down a small, slow growing bush (one of four) that was about 8 inches high and six inches wide that had a tall weed growing up from the center of it. I think they probably used a weed-wacker to try and cut the weed back (instead of pulling it up) and accidently cut it off at the stem. They didn't bother to tell me about it, I just discovered it and called and told them that I was going to deduct $12 from the their monthly payment which is what the bush cost when I purchased it last year. Two weeks ago I asked them to start service every week - wanting the grass cut every two weeks and the bushes trimmed and weed control done every single week. I was given a start date of Saturday, May 6, 2016. (They previously had been coming on Mondays, every two weeks) I called Mr. Hai early Saturday morning and left a message saying that I only wanted the bushes trimmed that day and did not want the grass cut because it was cut too short at the prior visit two weeks prior. He never called me back and I called him again at 3 p.m. , left another message, and he still didn't call me back. They never showed that day. Today, I called him again at 9 a.m. and left the same message to not cut the grass today, just do the bushes. I had somewhere I had to go and when I came home, they had been there and cut the grass like I had asked them not to do. They also have started slacking off in taking care of the weeds and trimming the bushes. They only take a little off the bushes and don't keep up with new growth so they're getting too big.
