Haener Contracting

The project went very well. This contractor pays good attention to detail. He has an excellent group of sub contractors working for him that are expert in their trade.

This job of replacing old siding on a two story house is huge, but all is going smoothly due to working with the right contractor. Christian Haener. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Price was right and quality was great. Easy to work with. Took a little longer than anticipated due to weather, but that is what happens some times. All of the workers who did the different jobs were plesent and professional. Very happy with the job. Plan to have him remodel my kitchen. Was concerned that the stucco replaced in would not match exactly, but I can't tell where the old door was.

I am very happy to have Cristian and his crews work on my room addition project. I think I made a right decision. They were always
do cleanup after work and before taking off for the day. His work is quality and I am a "quality" man. I do not tolerate lousy jobs even it is small or not that important things. "Quality is job number 1" for me. I will hire him again for future projects and recommend to my family members and friends.

I must admit I lost sleep worrying about picking a contractor for this job. We'd heard all the horror stories. We found Cristian thru friends at my wifes work which is Scripps Hospital In La Jolla, Ca. Cristian came out to prefield the job and meet us and take notes. He later sent over David Dent his architect to work with my wife and some additional things she was thinking about. His input was invaluable to us and he was so thorough. He didn't make us feel rushed or obligated, a very good experience overall. the work started at 8am ( actually Cristian is usually early and waits in his truck) on the agreed upon start date and ended 3 weeks later to the day on time! I was off during this period so I got to watch the work as it progressed and the transition was amazing. These guys would actually clean up after themselves during the day and when they finished that afternoon. They showed up every day unless we had to wait for the inspector to sign off on a portion of the job but Christian was always here for that so no worries for me. The guys were clean, polite and very courteous to my family. Another thing I liked was Cristian let me do all the painting for the job myself to help with the overall costs. His guys prepped all the walls and ceilings with texture, etc...I think he was a little concerned about my painting skills and being able to finish on time for his electricians to come back and cut in all the fixtures but it all worked out just find and it did save us a few dollars which was nice. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of this entire project and we added 200 Sq. Ft to our home!! We love the new look of our 1 big room downstairs. It really opened the downstairs up and Sheryl really loves her new craft room we added with that wasted ceiling space upstairs. We will be using Cristian again to add our washer and dryer upstairs to the new room later this year. I hope this helps some of you out there that are in the looking for a contractor dilemma.
