+ -1 moreThe Loan was supposed to be approved and all conditions met, But, during the last two days of closing, several new requirements where proposed, this stall our closing date by a week. Someone above our provider would not sign until all new conditions where met. This caused lots of stress to fulfill all new requirements. It seems that Guild has a provider who approves the loan application, but still has to be approved by a higher authority within their organization.
Description of Work: Our Loan was Pre-Approved and re-approved during closing. Provider was professional, Patient and helpful.
