I called to use my furniture protection plan. It turns out you have to file a claim. I attempted to do so but could not get a live person on the phone. The first time I called, I was on hold for 40 minutes. I hung up. The second time I called I was on hold for an hour and a half. I hung up. I finally went online and filed a claim on their website but I was required to mail in forms and wait for a response. After a month, I got a response and it was Guardsman denying my claim. I'm so frustrated. At the very least I thought they would show up and clean my furniture but that did not happen. I will not be purchasing another furniture protection plan or recommending it for anyone. It's a rip off.

Mark was very professional. The work was done to perfection. You cannot tell that one of the 4 chairs has been repaired. The seat coverings look every bit as good as the original. Mark responded to our initial call within the day, he made an appointment to come to our house and give us an estimate. He took the chairs and returned them in the time that he quoted. Everything was performed correctly.
