Our experience was good until we signed the contract to buy our home. Then it felt like a real struggle to communicate and get our calls and emails answered. In our first meeting we communicated that information and responsiveness were key for us. The impression it left with us with was that once they knew they had made a sale we became a low priority for them. I'm not sure that we would use them again.

We used the Greenhouse Group to help us secure a mortgage and as our buyer's agent. The service was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first day when we met with Jeremy Beck to discuss the idea of maybe just thinking about applying for a home loan until we had our "key party" with the whole GHG team, we were beyond thrilled.
Jeremy and his staff worked closely with us to help us find the best loan for our needs. He literally spent hours with us (over various meetings and phone calls) discussing the different types of loans we could qualify for, advising us on what would be best for our financial situation, and helping us through the complicated process of securing the loan. Jesse Ibanez and his team helped us find the perfect home, and, more importantly, expertly brokered a deal that enabled us to get the home for a price that we could afford.
The Greenhouse Group is a family run and owned business and from start to finish it feels like it when working with them. Not once did we feel like we were part of a corporate experience or just a number or a paycheck for Jeremy or Jesse. Buying a home in these times cab be incredibly stressful. The GHG team made this process a breeze for us. We recommend them to all of our friends and will no doubt use them again the next time we move.

Smooth process. We were very pleased. Note that with a refi there are various options in terms of points and loan cost. We could have rolled all the fees into the loan, but elected to pay up front to get a better long-term deal.
