Green Rock Cleaning Services

I'm a lousy housekeeper (clutter) and now have a problem with sprays and dust.  I had company coming this week so called Chris at Green Rock on the recommendation of my son, who has been using them for years.  Maricella and Lulu came the next day.   They were amazing!!  They did everything and the house hasn't been this clean in years!  I was impressed with how conscientious that were, really a deep cleaning.  They were also very thoughtful asking my preferences (e.g. whether to use bleach or not.)  Thery were also very personable and I enjoyed talking to them.  I had used a different service recently and this was like night and day.  I'm so impressed that I'm probably going to sign up for a monthly service.  Will also recommend them to my friends.  Thank you!

I think they are very good, but they are overpriced. I use them every four weeks.

They do an excellent job of cleaning. They are using the products I asked them to use. They are really easy to work with, and are really responsive.

We started using Green Rock for weekly cleaning in June of 2011. We have been extremely happy with their service, friendliness, and flexibility. We work from home so have some specific issues with timing and our previous company could never seem to arrive in the two hour window we had designated, claiming it was really our problem and that we were too difficult. Well, Chris at Green Rock has never made us feel difficult and the team has shown up in their window 100% of the time. He makes us feel our business is appreciated and accommodates our requests when we need to change scheduling. They spend more time cleaning than our previous company, do a much better job overall, and charge us $10 less per week.

We have also used Green Rock for carpet cleaning and move-out cleaning of a condo. I felt the condo was spotless, the carpets very clean especially considering we had renters with a dog, and the price was very fair ($245 for 900 sq ft condo, all carpet except kitchen and bath, with one flight of carpet stairs).

Service is ongoing; Chris is extremely diligent, professional and accomodating.

We use them every other week, short clean, then full house clean. The price varies ($70 or and 110, depending on home many rooms are cleaned). It is wonderful to come home to a clean house. They got rid of dirt I didn't even notice, until it was gone. We are very happy with the service and price.

We had green rock for a couple of months. They started out great, as most cleaning agencies do, but then they started getting sloppy. They clearly missed some obvious places, such as the toilet, which was obviously not cleaned. On another day, we had walls and floorboards dinged-up, clear through the paint. The first time i complained, the owner was very apologetic and offered to come fix it. I told him, no, but please be more careful in the future. Then, after the uncleaned toilet incident. i complained again, and also noted that my a/c was left on when i got home from work (it was during a recent heat-wave). The owner denied doing this, and seemed to be offended that I would even be complaining, but again he apologized for the uncleaned toilet. In a gesture of goodwill, I told him that, although I was very diligent about turning off the a/c, perhaps I had left it on, and we could just move forward from that point. He agreed. A week later, I received an email saying they were no longer comfortable being at our home and they would no longer clean it. It seems to me that the owner is not comfortable dealing with complaints from his customers, and instead of trying to improve the work of his employees and his relationships with his customers, he is more comfortable running away from the situation instead of facing it. For all of these reasons, I would steer clear of Green Rock.

they were on-time and thorough. took about 2.5 hours to clean an empty 1300 sq foot house before we moved in. Love that they use green cleaning supplies. They are so good we now use them bi-weekly to clean our house. $75 each visit (approx 2 hours each).

They are very punctual. They are flexible and schedule themselves according to my convenience. They send two people usually and sometimes three. They bring their own cleaning supplies. They use environment friendly things.

They were very good. They didn't soak the carpets like a lot of company's do and I appreciated that. They were very quick and I like the idea that they're using greener products that are better for people with allergies and don't smell at all.

Came to the condo, did the job and no complaints. The housecleaning service was done with great personal attention. The owner of Green Rock took the time to follow up with us to see if we were happy with their services. They are very particular as to whom they hire and they hire only a very select few , steady, loyal employees. The carpets were cleaned at the time of our move. That, too, was done with professional and excellent care. I have only excellent comments to say about Green Rock..
