After major surgery I was sent a flowers by friends in Dallas. It came of June 19 and it was a stunning arrangement of white peonies, roses, mums, and hydrangeas interspersed with lots of ferns, buds and other colorful flowers to set if off. Unfortunately the next day I noticed that one of the hydrangeas had died, and that other flowers were starting to look limp. I immediately called them and told them my problem and they said they would send a replacement. It came the same day, but it was far from the original. It was at least one third smaller than the original and all the ferns and other colorful flowers that made it special had been removed.
The same person delivered both times and I pointed out to him that it was smaller and all the colorful flowers were missing. I also told him to tell the owner how disappointed I was with the replacement. I never received a call to address the issue and the very next day one of the hydrangeas was already dead and other flowers were turning brown. By Wednesday half the flowers were gone (I took photos of them) so I threw them all out. The whole thing looked liked they just did not care. I love the thoughtfulness of my friends, but I feel awful about the money they wasted on these flowers and about the terrible customer service I received from this company. I would never use this company to send flowers or recommend them to anyone.
