Brazilian pepper tree cut back and laced to open up yard for sunlight. Crew was very courteous and professional, confirmed work to be done before starting, cleaned up trimmings and offered before and after pictures. Pepper tree looks beautiful and healthy. Senior discount very helpful.

Fine. Only problem was the trimmer was unavailable for a while and didn't know when he'd come. But when he had the availability he came and all went well

They came out did the work and left. They took the trees away and cleaned up the yard. The tree came back, they didn't get all the roots. 

We made several phone calls and they weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either. Once I get around to calling them to take the tree out again, I will use them again.

It couldn't have gone better. I've been using Green Leaf Tree service for few years now and have no reason to change. They do excellent work including thorough clean-up and Ted is really honest about his estimates. He always tells me if something doesn't need to be done that I have a concern about. I believe that he's had the same crew for years. They are cheerful and eager to please and are very careful not to do damage to anything else in the yard. They show up when they say they are going to, usually early in the morning. They went out of their way to assuage a difficult neighbor and to clean-up whatever went on his property.

We have a rental property with three houses on it and a common area.  In the grassy area we have two large shade trees.  Three families are living there and we like to keep it nice for the kids to play in.  Green Leaf Tree Care Inc. showed up promptly and got the work done with very little disturbance to the renters.  There were some issues with branches hanging on roofs and cable lines which they took care of in a professional manner.  They removed limbs, branches and leaves and left the area better than it had been before they arrived.  We were pleased with their work.

The crew was punctual, courteous and worked hard all day.  It was a huge job and they finished it all in one day, leaving no mess behind.  They gave us clear and thorough instructions on how to care for our new bottlebrush tree.

I have known the owner of Green Leaf for many years and have found that I can count on his company to do a great job, on time and for a reasonable price.

My tree was blocking the view from the street to see my house and it had low branches that were difficult to walk under. Green Leaf trimmed my tree which gave my house a much better curb appeal.

Ted's crew of Matt and Forrest come to our house twice a year to maintain 4 Tipu trees, 1 Sumac tree and other hedges.  Not only does the crew know what they are doing, but they are great listeners....as a result our trees have grown-in in the backyard as we wanted and we have a great shade space now.  We think being a tree arborist is an art, and they are highly skilled!

Last year several large branches fell from the top of our river willow, and they broke other branches on the way down. Over half the tree was destroyed. Green Leaf quickly responded. They cleared out the broken branches and then trimmed the tree in such a manner that it looked nice in spite of losing so much volume. It grew back nicely and very beautifully.

Green Leaf has also kept our three queen palms trimmed, and they have cleaned up overgrown bushes for us. They are professional, friendly, and do excellent work. We will definitely contact them again for our future tree needs.

Green Leaf has been taking care of my yard for 10 years and I am so happy to see Ted's business grow and thrive. All of Ted's employees are amazing. Every time I call, Green Leaf comes out and gives me an estimate and gets a crew out fast. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with. My yard is full of cacti and poisonous plants and it's not easy work - but it's always done right and exactly as requested. And they clean up every single fallen leaf!! I cannot recommend Green Leaf Tree Care more highly. They are not the cheapest (nor are they the most expensive), but I gladly pay for outstanding, reliable service! My trees and plants have been well-cared for during the last 10 years and we so appreciate it!

The branch-falling incident happened on a stormy January night, when high winds blew this gigantic branch from my eucalyptus tree. I called Green Leaf early in the morning and they came out hastily. The branch was so big and heavy they had to use their crane. After the job was finished there was no trace of branch, leaf, or debris on my neighbor's property.
I have used Green Leaf several times in the past years, in addition to referring others to their services. I have found them to always be responsive to my calls and courteous and professional when doing business with them. Something I really apprecite about them is that they always do a fantastic job of cleaning up afterward.

We met the company and the crew on site, discussed the service in detail. They did an excellent job.

The service was good and wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. They were prompt.

Ted promptly returned my call, scheduled an appt and arrived on time, which was really appreciated after a horrible experience with another tree company. The crew did a great job! They arrived early and promptly got to work. They removed the ficus tree without damaging a rose bush that was growing underneath it. They ground the stump. They ground all the surface roots and even ground the roots that were underneath the sidewalk pavers. These pavers were previously sticking up in the air due to the overgrown roots under them. They finished earlier than predicted and cleaned up when they were finished. They were a very nice, polite, group of guys. I noticed a 10% discount coupon by the company was posted on Angie's list after I agreed to hire them for the job but before work was started. I contacted Ted and he happily applied the 10% discount to my bill. Very good experience. I would definitely hire again.

Ted, the Owner of Green Leaf, had one of his coworkers come to our home and scope out the job.  Apparently it was larger than the average contract, because Ted himself came out the next day.  He took pictures, told us what would be involved in terms of a work crew, time and equipment.  He emailed us a date and bid with an Angie's List discount the following day.  Two days before the job, a crew member came by and placed no parking signs in front of the house for the work date.  The day of the job, the crew and equipment arrived at 7:45 am, studied the tree and went to work at 8 am sharp.  It was like ballet in the air with the foreman in the cab cutting each branch and the crew directing the debris with ropes so everything fell just where they wanted it, then crew members three and four hauling tree parts to the chipper.  They pretty much felled the tree by noon, then cut the trunk and large branches into logs, ground the stump, hauled away waste and blew and swept the area clean by 3:45 pm.  It all seemed like a pretty amazing and efficient accomplishment to me.  We would recommend Green Leaf, Ted and Crew enthusiastically to anyone.

We had them remove two large trees (over 50  feet tall) from our front yard. They also ground the remaining stumps down to below ground level. The owner Ted gave us a competitive estimate and he planned the job very well. They arrived on time with all the right equipment and a foreman and crew that was obviously very good at what they do. They were finished and cleaned up in a little over 3 hours.  They did an excellent job start to finish. Green Leaf Tree Service Inc. is an excellent tree service company. I would use them again and would recommend  them to a friend or neighbor.

Kurt came out to give me an estimate.  He was able to identify the tree for me, which I had been told was a Carolina Cherry.  He also gave me some helpful hints about other trees I want to plant in my yard.  Ted followed up with phone calls before and after work.  The very next week the work was done while I was at work.  There was no damage and everything was cleaned up meticulously.  These guys are very professional and very nice.

I was impressed with the service and responsiveness of Green Leaf Tree Care. They carefully assessed the situation and cautiously removed the large tree so as not to damage any structures or landscape. They also did a great clean-up--no trace that they'd been there!
