Ignacio measured the voltages at the panel and found that the two-phase output was zero. I reported this to SDG&E and they will roll a truck.

Robert showed up to do a free estimate and after that I hired him on the spot. I will definitely call on his company again for all my electric needs. He was quick and efficient and the cost was great. Especially considering it was a last minute job, because the original electrician had an injury and couldn't come.

It was a very rude and unpleasant experience.
When I asked them to take off their shoes before entering the house, they sighed and reacted very negatively.
While explaining in front of the switch, I asked them to replace the auto mode function, but they kept saying they didn?t understand me and that only the turn on/off mode was possible.
When I said I wanted to purchase it, they absurdly quoted $800 for the replacement.
It was the worst experience.

100% got ripped off. They come to your house and make it seem like the problem is bigger than it actually is. Then they give you two price points. One is completely out of budget and the next one is significantly cheaper but still not worth it for the work they do. Got charged almost $1,000 for work that took ten minutes.

"This call was an emergency call at 4pm in the afternoon - customer did not have power to her refrigerator plus she had some live wires sticking out of an outlet. We always give the customer the price before the work starts as well we have the customer sign the contract when we are completed to their satisfaction. Which was done in this case. The technician was there a lot longer than 10 minutes as the customer stated plus the customer could have gotten other estimates if they wanted to - I guess since we showed up within an hour trouble shoot and fixed the issue and made the exposed wires safe - we receive a bad review for an emergency service professional service well done. Don't understand this review and customer never called the office with any issues"
