We live in a condo association and our condo association uses them, and we seem happy with them. They are excellent and they actually exceeded my expectations. I assumed that they would just replace the lock, but they did a lot more than that. What impressed me the most was the fact that he went beyond, the door was not shutting properly so he filed down some of the metal so that it closed properly. If I had a problem with one of my doors they are the persons I would go to, so I would recommend them highly.

Very bad, overpriced service-and will not recommend this company to anyone! I called this company to rekey the locks after the tenant moved out. This technician arrived on time. I have rekeyed these locks before for $75. This technician had a hard time removing the locks as well as putting the lock in place. It was also very obvious to me that the Technician was taking his sweetest time as I did not know that aside from the charge for the trip, I would also be charged the hourly labor. He took his time to extend his labor time to 1 hour-simply to rekey. The worst of it all-such bad job in placing the lock back-the key to the garage hardly works-and the door knob did not fit exactly to the hole of the door-completely misalign. When I asked the Technician bout the misalignment-he blamed my door, and was snappy about it. Total charge for what used to be a $75 rekey job: Trip charge $89, Labor charge for 1 hour: $130 (outrageous!!!!!!) for a total charge for a rekey of $242.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY-it is a HIghway Robbery!!!! SUCH A DISSERVICE TO ANGIE'S CUSTOMERS!

Grah has a locksmith who works on antique mortise locks. My lock was jammed, and as I don't want to buy a new lock (which might require buying a new door), I searched and searched for a locksmith who could work on it. I was able to schedule an appointment within a day. The locksmith came exactly when he said he would, and he figured out what was wrong with my lock within 5 minutes. I was very pleased.

Went well. They replaced keys and locks on several apartments doors, then made a master key compatible with all the locks in the complex.

My goal was to get my new locks keyed to my original key. I took two locks to the shop. The gentleman at the desk told me the locks I bought can be keyed by the consumer without the need of a locksmith. He proceded to re-key the locks at no charge. I want them to get recognized for there kindness and service

The installer arrived on time, was polite, efficient and cleaned up after he was through. He added a lock at out French doors and serviced another lock.

Jeff showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. I have had problems with the locks on the doorknob and deadbolt of my back door since I replaced the door 3 years ago. He identified the root causes of the problem (installation of the locks upside down, latch hole drilled at a slant, and the two cuts to make the hole for the lock body not exactly matching), and then addressed these issues. Also, I have the front door original to my house (built in 1929) where the latch needed some work. Other locksmiths have been unwilling to even touch this, but he figured it out and made the repairs.

Our appointment was for the next morning. The locksmith, Jeff, came early and quickly identified the cause of both problems and repaired each. A screw within the cylinder was loose and the latch plate needed adjustment because the door was warping. He was friendly and polite. The price was reasonable. Now our lock works better, and our door closes more smoothly and reliably. This is the third time we have used them with an excellent result.
