About us

Gourmet Stone Care was established in 1990 and is locally owned and operated by Bill and Nancy Selik. We have been doing business in San Diego, San Diego County and parts of Riverside County, performing both residential and commercial restoration of all types of natural stone. We have restored and maintained some of the finest properties in San Diego over the years. We are a Certified Stone and Tile PRO Partner. Gourmet Stone Care is a California state licensed contractor (Lic. #603293) and we carry full workers compensation and liability insurance coverage.

Steve arrived on time.  Explained exactly what he was going to do.  Encouraged questions.  Even showed concern for pets escaping if door was open.  Stonework looks better than when the home was purchased three years ago.  We requested a shiny finish on the travertine to match a recently placed medallion.  It is done perfectly.  Work was done timely and conveniently.  Definitely will call again when need arises..

THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I RECEIVED TWO BIDS AND THIS COMPANY'S BID WAS THE LOWEST. THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME. THE FINAL RESULT WAS EXCELLENT.
