Ara was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. It was easy to coordinate times to come take measurements for the blinds. Gotcha Covered provided a wide range of selections for curtains and blackout shades & everything was made to fit. Installation was also smooth and they took away my old curtains. I didn't have to do anything except pick out the colors and specific blackout curtains I wanted. Highly recommended!

When it was time to deliver, I had to call them. The week they're supposed to call me, they didn't call me so I called them. When I called them, they responded right away. I have no problems with their professionalism and their price.

The blinds are comparable to Home Depot and Loewes in terms of quality, but the service and price are superior. He was great and the blinds looks fabulous

They brought swatches to match the color perfectly they came a few times but I thought it was very sweet that they traveled to help me. they were always on time and very courteous. The owner cam and put the drapes up for me himself.

My experience went well. The end price was more expensive than I anticipated. The blinds and the service turned out fine. There was one installer here doing the work and he was the best part of the entire process. He was quick and thorough and made sure everything looked clean when he was done.

Ara, the owner of the business, returned my calls promptly and was very helpful and patient, answering all my questions. When he came to measure the window and pick the correct blinds, he was very professional and made sure I got what I was looking for.
I love the new blinds. It was a large window and we needed a 3-part blind on one track. It looks beautiful.

He a arrived promptly for the appointment, took measurements of all the windows, showed me many samples and

I chose the one I wanted. I felt I received excellent service and he did not try to high-pressure me into buying more

than I needed.


Two weeks later Ara installed the blinds himself. I must admit they look better than expected.


He was very professional and I would buy from him again.
