All work was performed in Richard's usual manner; quality workmanship. Richard fully explained his work plan, purchasing quality materials, scheduling work to coordinate with Seaside Roofing's Greg Sisson, and locating our replacement skylight for installation later. Richard explains every detail in a very customer friendly manner, avoiding any possible confusion by the customer. He performed the facia board replacement, helped Greg with the roof replacement by purchasing all required material in advance, and assisted in the new roof installation. Richard's friend Greg Sisson from Seaside Roofing (Owner Pat Steele) from Solona Beach also gave us a wonderful roof job, showing good quality workmanship is common among friends. After the new roofing work, Richard performed all the detail work to finalize the job, i.e. sealing, painting, drain installation, and lastly, the new skylight installation. My wife Marie and I are happy customers and highly recommend Mr. Richard Gonzalez.
