5 Stars. In September 2018, my right lower back pain, chronic for at least a decade, had flared up quite badly and was interfering with my life. I stopped in to see Dr. Goldring in September 2018 because I was impressed by her website and ratings at other websites, and particularly by the words “holistic”, “drug free”, and “gentle”. I’m glad I did. Now, as of mid-December, my right-lower-back is no longer painful. It feels like it is healing solidly and in alignment for the first time in ages. My range of motion has been steadily increasing as I gradually resume normal activities and my back continues to strengthen. Dr. Goldring says I still need to be very careful not to overdo. The bottom line is that Dr. Goldring has been fixing my lower back and several other problems that numerous other professionals have found incurable over many years, I have been feeling better and better, and I am very grateful to her for this. Following a thorough exam and assessment, Dr. Goldring laid out a plan and started treatments. I was impressed by the thoroughness of her initial evaluation, her attention to detail, and the clarity of her explanations of my current condition and treatment options. I feel she thinks deeply about my wellbeing and puts a lot of care into her treatments, as well as into homework assignments which I have followed closely. I have come out of every visit feeling better than when I went in and am very pleased with my results to date. Also, early on, my wife spontaneously commented that my posture is much better, so something really good must be happening! Meanwhile, although not why I initially started treatments, Dr. Goldring has been able to greatly improve a different set of incurable symptoms that I’ve had for 16 years: pain, numbness, tingling, stiffness, and swelling in my feet and legs. I’ve seen many varied doctors and practitioners about this “peripheral neuropathy”, with some substantial symptomatic relief from two or three. One of these is a superb D.O. who diagnosed the root-cause location as being in the lower back and provided some wonderful treatments. Now, a decade later, Dr. Goldring’s treatments are apparently actually correcting this root cause and the symptoms are very gradually but steadily improving. What a relief! Still a ways to go on this and, of course, I don’t know how far my body can recover, having been in such a damaged state for over a decade and a half. She is also having a very positive effect on several other long-standing incurable symptoms that may be the subject of a future update.
