Miguel (owner) came out to discuss the issue of fogged glass in the 10-light wooden doors plus some rot. After evaluating alternatives we decided replacing the whole doors (but not the frames) with new ones having 20-year guarantees was the way to go. It took several months for the manufacturer (Jeld-Wen) to get the specially made doors and accessories to Glass Formations. They primed the doors, brought them to the site and installed them. Painters came by two days later to re-prime edges the installers had trimmed, and then apply a final coat.
The installers and painters were pleasant and professional.
I gave the price category a "B" because we didn't go out for competitive bids. But the price seemed within the realm of reason based on what my general research had shown.
