The appointment went as expected. He came out initially to test our pressure and to verify parts required etc. I had to dig to expose the incoming pipe (easy, as I knew the general location it entered the home) and he installed all of it at the agreed second appt time.
A little more about them; we had first contact with GK Plumbing when we were managing an apartment complex in Hillcrest. They were the property management's contracted plumbers. Whenever we needed anything fixed, they were there ASAP and always ready to help. Wen we bought our home and moved into the suburbs, my wife and I found the need for a reliable plumber whom we trusted and had a verifiable relationship with. We called them, and GK has been the only plumber to service our property since we bought 2 years ago. Whether it be a dishwasher install main water shutoff and regulator, or a gas stove install (moving from an electric stove) they have served us reasonably and always ON TIME!
