GENEVA FLOORING

Well done. Some dead spots in the wood and door transition at a frame is somewhat sloppy, but overall good work with a difficult and uneven subfloor.

It was relatively easy experience. Geneva was on top of the entire process. Moving out furniture, tearing out carpet and the entire process of preparing the floor for the travertine tiles. And after the installation they cleaned the areas that were used by the crew. We are very glad we selected Geneva for our job.

I cannot recommend Geneva flooring enough! This was my first home remodel and I had heard horror stories of working with different companies. Geneva flooring was the exact opposite of all these stories. From the initial phase of choosing flooring, Carrie was incredibly patient and helpful with all my selections. She sent pictures and picked out additional samples for me when I wasn't sure about the initial ones. She was SO incredibly patient and ultimately I found my perfect flooring because she didn't rush and wanted to make sure I really loved what I chose. The installation was something I was anxious about since we were redoing flooring in our entire home, which is quite old. Nuno, our incredible installer, made the whole process absolutely seamless. We were staying in the house while they were replacing the floors and Nuno was so incredibly considerate about that piece, ensuring we still had a comfortable place to live during the process. Nuno's communication skills are also truly amazing. Every morning he told me the plan for the day and every evening updated me on anticipated plans for the next day so we could prepare. There were some complications and additional expenses given our house was so old and Nuno was SO transparent about it all. I knew when issues were found and they had a plan and recommendations for how to fix things and the costs associated. He truly is just the absolute best and I cannot recommend him and his team any more. My family is still talking about him and how amazing he was! If you are looking for flooring, don't look any farther than Geneva flooring. I will be using them for all my future flooring needs and have already told many friends and family to go to them. Their customer service is just amazing, they are very transparent with the whole process and Nuno is just the man. To me, they are the gold standard of what a company should be and I look forward to working with them for future projects.

Excellent service from start to finish: Carrie handled sale, Sean was installation foreman and Jorge and Alex performed installation of 1000+ square feet of flooring in bedrooms and closets. Very high quality work throughout, couldn’t be more satisfied. Geneva recommended pre-finished engineered wood based on our requirements and had flooring manufactured for the job.

It could not have gone better from selection process to installation. Carrie provided outstanding customer service. She's knowledgeable and more than helpful!

The issue I had was with the team of installers. We paid a 100% premium to the installers due to our 2nd floor condominium. From the very beginning the installers made it abundantly clear they did not want to do the job no matter how much extra they got. Upon arrival they stopped people in front of our building and asked them if they knew us. One of our neighbors came to our door saying someone was looking for us out on the sidewalk. Our phone number was clearly displayed on the installers paper work!!! Fortunately the quality of the work performed is good, so far. However quality work is not worth the aggravation of being treated badly by the employees of the company.

We love the floor they recommended and installed. They are very professional in flooring. If there are something to complain, first, I know they have tried their best to clean, the saw dust is still more than what we expected. second, in the garage, they left some nails. The good thing is those did not hurt our floor. From this point, I believe they are very careful doing the flooring. It might hurt the tire of our car. They did a very good job indoors so get a little relaxed outside the working site. I would give them 4.8 out of 5.0. As I do want to recommend them, I have to tell the points they can improve.

Excellent quality, did a great job with the stairs which I hesitated to do until I found someone I could trust. Started with a smaller room and ‘then did the stairs and upstairs.

Lisa and her team did an exceptional job. I’m a Happy Camper! On time, hard workers, quality work and they left everything clean. Lisa was a delight to work with and worked hard to find me the product I wanted.

Went great, highly recommend you get at least a bid from Geneva. I'm a Construction Project Manager, I'm experienced in dealing with flooring contractors.

This company is SO professional. Christine Greene was incredibly helpful in the showroom helping us select what we wanted. Lisa was amazing with measuring, scheduling and changing the schedule numerous times as our project dragged on for months. Nuno (sp) and Cory were our installers. They were perfectionists (did a remarkable job), yet so quick. Finished the job in three days and it is amazing. I couldn't be happier.

Our experience with Geneva Flooring could not have gone better. We had a tight time window to get an entire house painted and re-floored so we could move in before school started. Geneva Flooring did an amazing job of keeping its flooring crew and the painting crew coordinated in terms of access and order of operations. In the end, both crews finished ahead of schedule, and everything looks amazing. I cannot emphasize enough how much Geneva Flooring's attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond helped us through what could have been a very stressful time. Again, we had a very tight time window to move in--and we were moving in from another city. Thus, we were unable to be "on site" at all. Geneva Flooring made this work. For instance, they jumped in to hire a local plumber when my refrigerator sprung a leak so that the flooring installation was not delayed--something that would have been a nightmare for me to try to coordinate from hundreds of miles away. And more generally, Geneva Flooring's constant updates and quick responses to inquiries gave us the comfort we needed that everything was going to get done, even though we could not see anything for ourselves until the very end.

Everything was great....from sales office helping us choose our flooring ...Lisa, Gail, Carrie, Lisa......to installation with Nuno and Corey. We had water damage and had to replace entire first floor wood floring and capret in bedroom and closet. They were all so helpful in selecttion and Nuno and Corey were very maticulous with the installation. Very appreciated and love our new flooring!! Highly recommend Geneva Flooring!

We love our new floors. We decided on hardwood floors throughout the entire house (minus laundry and bathrooms). No small task in our 2100 sq ft home and she worked with our budget. Judy is the most patient lady ever. I was indecisive throughout the process, but she helped me through it all. She worked closely with our other contractors to time the removal and install. I highly recommend Judy and her team.

From start to finish, Geneva Flooring is A+++, and has a wide variety of floor samples to choose from in their showroom. Everyone I dealt with, from owner Judy who cheerfully greeted us, took the time to listen to our needs, and then helped steer me to some Luxury Vinyl flooring samples to take home, to her daughter, Lisa, who responded in a very timely, professional manner to do an in-home estimate of our job. Later on in the process, Lisa was extremely valuable in helping me to decide on baseboards and a 10mm soundproof QT underlayment mat, as we were concerned about hearing footsteps (we are very pleased with this decision as our house was built with no insulation between floors and the underlayment mat has made it virtually soundproof!) Nuno and Cory showed up on time every day to install our flooring and were very professional and pleasant to have in my house, communicating with me on every step of the process. I've never had people do work in my house that were as clean and respectful as they were, and I highly recommend them for installation!! As daunting as it was at first to clear out our entire 2nd floor in order to replace the old carpet, I can't say enough about how easy it was to work with Nuno and Cory from Geneva Flooring! We really love our new Coretek luxury vinyl wide-plank flooring, and the bonus is that it's really helped to update the value of our 20-year old home. Big, huge thanks to Geneva!!!

Judy is very knowledgeable and able to help you find the best product for your living specifications. She is very down-to-earth and is not afraid to give you her opinion on the most appropriate type of product for your living situation, which is very refreshing.
