I DID NOT HAVE TO MAKE AN APPT. CALLED THEM WAS TOLD TO DROP OFF COMPUTER WOULD TAKE AROUND 3 DAYS. CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY TOLD ME COMPUTER WAS READY. DID NOT CHARGE ME BECAUSE IT DID NOT REQUIRE EXTENSIVE WORK. VERY PLEASED.
