WHEN MY COMPUTER WAS ACTING UP THEY WERE ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM AND GET IT FIXED QUICKLY AND INEXPENSIVELY. WHILE IT INVOLVED A TRIP TO THE STORE, THE EXPERIENCE WAS NOT A HASSLE AT ALL. THE STORE IS SET UP TO HANDLE FOLKS WITH REPAIR ISSUES IN A CONVENIENT MANNER/ENVIRONMENT.
