Franke Contracting has been remodeling homes in San Diego since 1999. We pride ourself in working directly with homeowners to ensure projects turn out as planned. We will ensure customer satisfaction. As we have no advertising budget we have always depended on referrals therefore your satisfaction is most important to us. We are a small, family run business with long standing employees whom we care for and take pride in. We have strong relationships with our subcontractors and are not constantly shopping for the lowest bidder to increase profit margins. We are not the lowest bidder and do not compete on price. There is a large value in the building industry for quality workmanship, professional project management and simple face to face time and communication with the contractor. We are passionate about remodeling.
