My mistake was paying him up front, lesson learned. I first paid him and left on vacation, when I came back nothing was done, so I cancelled the check. I contacted him and he said he had a family issue and could not continue the work. So I cut a new check and he disappeared. Funny thing is, is that his phone rings and I can leave a message, so I know he's out there. Do not trust this guy. He is not and honorable man.

This was the worst contractor experience of my life. Moulding and baseboards don't line up. Drywall patches are lumpy and visible in walls. Vent work done with incorrect size equipment and duct tape was used to "make it work". Framing to fill in window was not properly attached, so when I hired someone else to finish the stucco job on the outside, the framing pushed into the drywall and left a prominent identation of where window used to be. Job was suppose to include pull out shelves, new hinges and painted kitchen cabinets. Work was started and was so poor that I had to stop it mid-job and will need to remodel entire kitchen! Home was left in complete mess and I had to remove wood, paint cans, texture buckets, and debris. Full extent of poor workmanship is still being discovered.
