I have been using Four Seasons for my lawn aeration for several years. I am very pleased with the quality of the work provided.

No one was home and the work was done. The rep put the following note on the bill that was left: "Suggest a dethatch grass to thick aeration is pointless if you can't pull cores." I called and read the note to the receptionist and explained that if the aeration was pointless, the work shouldn't have been done and they should have contacted me first. She agreed and said that someone would contact me. The next day I had a voicemail from the owner that they do dethatching in the spring. I included a copy of the note with my payment and noted that I wasn't happy, but the work was done and I paid the bill.

They did OK

Lawrence was the tech that performed the service. He did an outstanding job even with the paths that divided up the lawn into three sections which required him to work harder to accomplish the job. He was courteous, helpful, well informed, thorough and very careful. I was very pleased with the service and with his work. I would strongly recommend Lawrence and Four Seasons Lawn Aeration. The company was courteous and personal and easy to schedule. They called prior to coming and arrived on time. I will use them again.

Four Season's Representative, Lawrence, arrived in the morning. He was very knowledgeable, explained the whole process he would be doing. He told what type of grass I have, which I appreciated very much and how my irrigation system might be adjusted. Then he got to work and was finished in good order. I was very happy with Lawrence's professionalism and friendly manner. I will definitely use Four Season's Lawncare in the future.

After they fertilize and aerate, the area is nice and green. In the meantime, it looks like a dog went around all over because once they pull it out, it's like a big dog has been in the yard. I've never been here because I've always been at work when they've been here. I would recommend them to family and friends. I thought the price was reasonable. I've had 2 companies over for years and they did lots of things. They came on the day they were supposed to.

We have been trying to get rid of nutgrass for and gave up then hired the professionals, they did tell us nutgrass is the hardest thing to get rid of. They sprayed our nut grass and they killed about as much as we were accomplishing. They were supposed to spray our other weeds, NONE of them died so we think he forgot to spray them.
Ten days after they did the chemicals another guy came out to aerate our lawn. That went great but we showed him all our weeds and he said the office would call Monday. Tuesday afternoon I called the office and was told the chemical guy would call me. Thursday I called and left a message, they never called back. We called the following Tuesday and fired them.

Went great. Let them know in advance if you have access issues to all the treatment areas. You should be there to tell them or mark out irrigation areas. lawn drains etc. It makes it easier for them and they are appreciative.

It was very easy. I called them up to set up the appointment. They came and did the job while I was at work.

I called to ask if they did the lawn aeration and the woman I spoke with ws very courteous. She clearly explained their pricing and the serives they provide. We made an appointment and Mike got here right on time, explained what he was going to do and did it all quickly and left no mess.

They take care of the lawns in the area. The lawns look like golf courses when they are done!

I had used this company some years before and only used them this time because my regular service company was unavailable until late June and did not want to wait that long. While their services were excellent, I thought the price was high for the size of my lawn which did not involve anything out of the ordinary.

They arrived on time, did the job quickly and efficiently, cleaned up and the bill was left on the door. The yard has NEVER looked so good!

Four Seasons was punctual and showed up on the agreed upon date and time. They also had called me to confirm the appointment. The owner, Dominic, conducted the dethatching and ensured it was done to my satisfaction. Two other workers raked and removed all of the thatch that came up and both did a great job. Once the dethatching was done Dominic aerated my lawn. The aeration worked wonderfully and Dominic showed me how compressed the lawn had been when we were looking at the plugs. Since he was already going to the dump his crew also picked up most of the plugs, so my lawn looked great once they left. They also applied conditioner to the soil and fertilizer. They were also careful around all of my sprinklers and drains, not damaging a single one. However, if you are planning on doing this you should take the time to locate your sprinklers and drains before they arrive, this will speed up the process and help them out. I did this with them in the morning and they marked all of my sprinklers and drains with flags, so it worked out great. Dominic and his staff were always professional and courteous. They did a great job and I will be using them again. Dominic is also honest and if my lawn didn't need thatching he wouldn't have done it, but we both knew it needed it. His dethatching price is FAR better than ANYONE else I called. I called three other companies, including two on Angie's list, and they were much more expensive and did LESS work. Most were charging $400 to $500 per 1000 square feet! These charges are unreasonable. They also didn't include the aeration or soil treatment. I can't state strongly enough that if you need dethatching, you call Four Seasons. Save your hard earned money and pay a fair price to a company that obviously cares.

Excellent. I was just getting ready to leave the house when they arrived. The first thing they did was put flags out to mark the sprinklers. When I got home later, the work was completed and the bill was left at the front door. I ran the sprinklers that evening and true to their word, there were no problems. In the past, with other companies, we'd always end up with at least one broken sprinkler. Four Seasons checks your sprinklers before starting the work and when they are finished. If by chance they hit a sprinkler, they will fix it on the spot.

I asked to be given a courtesy call before the technician arrived at my home. I wanted to make sure I was home for the aeration. The technician arrived without giving me a call. I asked him why he did not call and he did not answer or even apologize. I had orange flags marking where all the sprinklers were located and he ran right over one of them. He was very fast on his aeration technique, so fast that at one point he ran the machine onto my expensive stamped concrete and chipped it. I was looking through the window when he did this. In some places he got no closer than 12 inches to the planter. Unsatisfactory. He quickly fertilized only about 60% of the lawn. When he was done he kicked a few soil cores onto the lawn. That was his cleanup. He had a blower and or a broom and never used them. He left me with a mess to cleanup. I did not pay him. When he left, I called his boss and told her how unprofessional this technician was. She apologized for his poor performance. I told her that I wanted to be compensated for this poor aeration job. She agreed and dismissed the $50 bill for the front lawn aeration. The sad part of this is that I have used this company in the past and was completely satisfied (before I was an Angies list member). The boss told me this technician was a long time employee. In the future, if I decide to use this company again, I will not use the technician whose name begins with an "A".

Four Seasons has been coming to my home for a number of years. The people they employ are technically proficient, thorough and are very considerate. They show up at the agreed upon time so I don't have to wait around to let them in the back yard (I have dogs), even calling ahead to let me know they're on the way.

The men were very professional. They arrived on time, worked for two solid hours and cleaned up after themselves. They also evaluated our mower to be certain that it was in good working condition (it is) and left instructions for follow-up care.
