Flooring Creations

We researched local flooring stores and felt a great vibe when we checked out Flooring Creations. Gus Jr. was extremely helpful up front and provided some great design ideas - particularly for replacing the carpet on our steps. We wound up replacing all the flooring in our upstairs with vinyl plank, along with installing the same on our steps using bullnose. We are extremely pleased with the final product and recommend considering this product. (Had this been available 15 years ago, we would have installed this instead of laminate.) The total cost was very close to the estimate on their website, which gave us some confidence in their marketing. We found places that offered cheaper options, but given the amount of time we expect to use this flooring, we opted to weigh quality and reputation heavily in our value determination. Flooring Creations does not install the product, but Gus recommended some excellent installers to work with, and we were very happy with the job Daniel did.

Gus and his family were very helpful throughout the process. I visited the showroom many times and took samples to the house to help with the choice of flooring.  I had three bids, and Flooring Creations' bid came in only slightly higher than the lowest bid.  I chose them anyway because of a greater selection in the showroom.  I was more confident that I could find something there under my time constraints.  We were under pressure to get the flooring completed during a two-week period from our closing date to the date we had to move everything in.  They were able to have their two installers start on the day after we closed and they finished in time.  Several months later, we had a leak from our refrigerator that affected some of the laminate flooring.  Gus came to the house free of charge to look at the flooring and to give suggestions for next steps (we didn't end up replacing or fixing anything, but I would have trusted him to do the repairs, had we needed them).  

Gustavo and crew were great. gustabo helped us choose the appropriate wood flooring for our house, which is on a concrete slab. his crews were punctual and called me when they had questions. installation was excellent. we love our floors and have had no problems with them. we have referred several people to Flooring Creations and two people have also used FC and are satisfied.

Very well.  Gus personally worked with us to develop several contingency plans, since we had concerns of new tile match with existing tiles.  He and his crew were flexible with dates of service that met our busy schedules.  Gus personally visited and spoke with us on several occasions to ensure we were pleased with progress and the end product.  After completion when we discovered some grout flaws (rough spots and divets), they were readily fixed.  Gus also worked with us on pricing, giving cash and military discounts.  We most definitely recommend Gus and Flooring Creations!

I'd been searching for weeks a tile shop that didn't just sell me tile but actually took a real interest in assisting me design two real worthwhile bathrooms. Flooring Creations was the last one on my list based on Yelp reviews and I had no idea i'd be saving the best for last.
As soon as I entered I was greeted by Gus Jr. who was very professional and courteous. After explaining to him vaguely what I was looking to do with the bathroom, he immediately came up with many great design ideas.
On my second visit I was introduced to Gus Sr. who was also tremendously helpful and gave me many great ideas and was able to work with the designs for both bathrooms that I had previously came in with.
When the designs were made, Trevor and his team came and I have honestly not had the privilege of working with such skillful and knowledgeable craftsmen in any of my previous remodels.
During the remodeling there were a few issues that came up because of the weird shape of the bathroom but Gus and Trevor were incredibly helpful and worked with me on quickly resolving them.
All in all I am very happy with the two bathrooms and would look forward to working with Gus and his team in any future renovations.

Gus and his staff at Flooring Creations were fantastic from the moment I walked into their store. I was going to have another company install my laminate flooring, but the quote I got from Flooring Creations was half the price of the other contractor, and they had a great choice of different options and materials to choose from. Gus was very helpful in helping me select the flooring materials and was very knowledgeable about both the materials and the installation process. Due to an issue with my homeowners association, I was forced to change out some of my materials the day before installation was scheduled to begin. Again, Gus and his staff were fantastic and not only helped me to select the new materials, but they didn't charge me anything extra for the switch. All of the employees I dealt with were very friendly and professional and my new floors look great.

In a word, flawlessly from start to finish.
