+ -1 moreI ORDERED CONTACT LENSES 3 WEEKS AGO AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD ARRIVE WITHIN A WEEK. THE LENSES STILL HAVE NOT ARRIVED. WHEN I ASKED THE STORE TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND CREDIT MY CREDIT CARD, I WAS TOLD THAT THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN DO THAT WILL BE OUT OF THE OFFICE UNTIL MORE THAN A WEEK FROM NOW! I ALSO LACK CONFIDENCE IN THE DOCTOR--ONE DAY HE RECOMMENDED AGAINST A CERTAIN CONTACT LENS SOLUTION, SAYING ITS INFERIOR, AND JUST A FEW DAYS LATER, HE TOLD ME I SHOULD USE IT, BECAUSE ITS A GOOD PRODUCT. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET ITS ACT TOGETHER.
Description of Work: EYE EXAM AND PURCHASE OF CONTACT LENSES AND EYEGLASSES.
