I bought a vehicle a year ago. Habib disclosed to me that the vehicle was bought at an auction and that it was a salvaged vehicle. I asked if the damages had bent the frame and he told me that they hadn't and the previous owner had got rear ended and with full coverage they decided to buy a new vehicle, so he just replaced the lift gate and bumper. We took the vehicle to be inspected by a shop, but they didn't look at the frame and just the rest of the vehicle. Fast forward to this year and I got into a minor slow moving accident when I backed into another vehicle. I took the vehicle in to replace the lift gate and when they opened up the vehicle they noticed there is really bad damage to the frame and they were having trouble getting the door to line up. They confirmed this was from previous damage as the damage I made to the vehicle was only to the liftgate and this damage to the frame was from a big accident. They let me know it's really unsafe for me to drive this vehicle around with my kids in the condition it is in for if I ever get rear ended, the car will crumple. I asked how much to repair the frame to be safe again and they said thousands. Habib was dishonest about the frame and made the prior damage sound as if it wasn't as bad as it was. I would never buy another vehicle from him and if you do please take to an auto body and have them really inspect everything, including the frame because it's not something that you can see easily.
