Adrian Gongzalez, knew more about the part I needed more than any other place I called. I called at least a half dozen other place. Very impress with his understanding and ability to find the product I was looking for. I have never experience this before on finding this difficult item.

Following my designer's referral I visited Ferguson's showroom in Kearney Mesa, where I met individually with a sales representative.  The sales rep was very informative and helpful.  We discussed our remodeling project and the inventory of plumbing fixtures I needed to purchase.  Then we walked around the showroom and looked at plumbing fixtures for a while, followed by an extensive period of time looking at and ordering plumbing fixtures on a computer.

This was my first experience working with a premium, value-added provider of plumbing fixtures and home appliances.  My overall impression is that one only should shop a provider like Ferguson when product quality is the sole criteria for purchasing.  Ferguson features an excellent selection of premium quality plumbing fixtures, many of which are unavailable in major retail chains such as Home Depot or Lowe's.  Nevertheless, Ferguson also features numerous items that are sold by major retailers at prices anywhere from 10% to 30% less than those available from Ferguson, even when factoring-in the 10% 'trade discount' that Ferguson extended through my interior design firm.  I was most perplexed by the fact that I spent most of my time with the sales rep in front of a computer screen, choosing fixtures other than those on display on Ferguson's sales floor.  I really was left wondering why I needed someone to assist me in shopping online and charging me a premium price for the privilege.  My frustration was amplified by the fact that Ferguson does not post prices on items on its showroom floor.  So I had to walk the floor with the sales rep not understanding or comprehending the cost of items I was viewing, then ended-up in front of her PC ordering online nearly all of the products I purchased, with prices associated with products.

Overall I'd recommend to only shop Ferguson if product quality is your sole criteria for purchase.  You'll do well in that scenario.  If you're price-sensitive or seeking mid-range product quality you'll be much better served by shopping a major retailer that displays is prices clearly and sells products stocked in local retail outlets.

They were nice to work with. The dishwasher was delivered on time. I was in a hurry to get the appliance but I feel I could have probably got a better price somewhere else. They did provide great customer service, and they have a very nice display. I have not installed the appliance yet.

OFFERED A WIDE SELECTION AND GOOD ADVICE. THE STAFF VERY, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE PRICE OF WORK IS WELL DONE. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS DOING ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WERE A HASSLE.
