Fantastic Genie

This morning Frank, owner of Fantastic Genie, cleaned all of my windows inside and out, plus cleaned my numerous outdoor lights. He is efficient, friendly, professional, and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him.

Frank is fantastic. After trying numerous local window companies, Frank is the one I trust to do a fantastic job. Every single time. I have had him out twice yearly the past 6 years for a two story ocean facing home with 20+ foot ceiling/ Windows, ocean view Windows, and clear paneled ocean facing exterior panels/fencing. He shows up early, prepared, works quickly and professionally, takes enormous pride in his work and special techniques, and adds a bonus product to his solution that allows the cleaning to last a good 4-6 months. 6 other companies have come to our place. By 2 weeks, our windows have taken a beating and look like they need to be redone. So thankful Frank is back in town for reliable service, and with his own company now so that we don't have to keep trying other companies who fail.

Frank is the window cleaner I count on for the best, and longest lasting clean. He is efficient, professional, on-time, with enormous pride in what he does. He has developed many of his own techniques for cleaning- and has a cleaning solution he uses that protects our windows for 4-6 months, rather than the 2-3 weeks that our 6 other window cleaners have used.  I am so thankful Frank is in town with his own business now.  We have used him twice yearly for the past 6 years, and only when he hasn't been available, have had to use the other service providers.  We had minor challenges reaching the gentleman fielding Frank's calls- but this was resolved quickly.  He has offered competetive pricing, and we will look forward to his screening services next visit.

Frank did an excellent job on the power washing and window cleaning. The house looks great after all the dirt was washed off. The hard surfaces were excellently cleaned too. 

Our windows were cleaned beautifully. Frank cleaned the window tracks, and screens too. He even when back after double checking  to make sure they were crystal clean. 

Frank is a very hard working man. He is very polite and respectful.

Being new to the San Diego North County area I asked friends and neighbors for referrals for window washers.  One friend gave me Frank's name:  Fantastic Genie Window Cleaning.  I called and was able to make an appointment that worked out well for my convenience.  Frank showed up exactly on time (8:30 a.m.) and proceeded to get started.  My windows were absolutely filthy from weather and a backyard remodeling project.  Frank's attention to detail is amazing.  My windows look like they are brand new!  He also cleaned my mirrored closet doors and my glass shower enclosure.  All for one price.  Everything sparkles and I am putting a reminder on my calendar to call Frank in six months.  I am very picky about vendors who work in my house.  Frank is very clean and very careful to make sure everything is done perfectly. 

One nice thing is he always puts everything back just as it was. He shows up on time and I can usually book him as I need him. overall he is a very hard working gentleman and the most reasonable prices I've found.
