I do not like to leave negative reviews about people or their companies, but unfortunately I have to do it for this one just so others do not fall into this trap. First and foremost, please beware of bathtub refinishing in general! Read up about the dangers of this process and the chemicals used!! You will think twice about this process, because you're not told about how toxic and dangerous it is. Jennifer, who is apparently the company owner, was very responsive and eager when I was shopping around for someone to refinish our bathtub. She and her technician were fine when they arrived and they completed the job in a few hours' time. That's when the issues began. See, both Jennifer and her tech wear industrial respirators when refinishing your tub. We were told the tub would cure and dry in a few hours. Jennifer told me that I could have our kids use the tub the next day! About 5 days later, the smell still overpowers anyone who enters the bathroom for even 10 seconds, despite having multiple fans ventilating the bathroom. The smell was so bad that it even seeped through the air ducts and into my kid's room next door. So, 5 days after having the bathtub refinished, way past the 'curing and drying' time Jennifer gave me, I stepped on the edge of the bathtub (after making sure it was actually dry) to cover the air duct with some plastic and the finish on the bathtub actually adhered to and peeled a layer off the bottom of my flip-flop and left it imprinted on the tub! While examining that, I then noticed flakes in the bathtub where the finish was actually flaking off less than a week after it was applied! The smell, the fact that the chemicals took off a layer from my flip-flops, and the flaking all combined were too much - I called Jennifer and explained the situation to her, along with photographs, and all I got was attitude. I explained to her that I did not want the tub refinished again because of the unholy stench and chemicals and that I wanted to speak to her about working out a refund, but all I got was attitude and more attitude, to the point where I just hung up the phone because I did not want to listen to her arguing any longer. I cannot recommend this 'company' to anyone, not based on their responsiveness and the quality of their work. Now, I know that Jennifer will likely have an 'explanation' for all of this, as she tried to convince me that this was all my fault, but this is simply my side of the experience with her company. Would I use them again? No. Would I recommend them to family and friends? No. Would I recommend them to strangers reading this review? No. If you want your bathtub refinished (after reading all the literature about the dangers online) you have plenty of other choices and I would strongly recommend you go with one of them.
