Essential Plumbing

The problem was resolved and my bill was $145 for 1.5 hours of labor, which also included removing the trap, flushing it out with a hose and putting it back in place. I think the price was a fair one, and because of their honesty and other recommendations that were made, which I think were well made points, I plan to call them again for other work.

We had had another plumber out to fix the backed-up drain in our kitchen sink. Shortly after, we noticed a leak under the sink. The first plumber came back out but gave it only a cursory glance and said that we needed a new sprayer. Rather than going through that process and suspecting that we'd still have a leak,w e ended up getting a second opinion from Eli. He was right on time, very thorough, and found the leak quickly and fixed it. He also explained the issue in language a layperson could understand. He didn't want to charge us because we had paid the first plumber, but I insisted on paying him something for his time and expertise.

We will definitely use Eli next time we have a plumbing or heating/air issue.

Eli arrived on time and immediately set to work.  He was professional and kept me informed of what he was doing while he was working.  He explained how my sink got clogged, (putting too much down it without running enough water) and what to do to prevent it from clogging again.  I would recommend Essential Plumbing again.  I will use them in the future if necessary.

 Eli was very professional and arrived on time.   He was able to switch out the disposal within 30-40 min and he did not leave a mess in my kitchen.  I would use him again for other plumbing needs.
