Needed new panels for recess kitchen lights. Home Depot and Lowes didn't stock to right size. I went to internet and found EPlastics. They had various type of panels and for a fee they would cut them to correct size. I measured the inside diameter and called in the order. Wait a little bit, normal for busy company. I got a Daniel Gonzalez on the phone and placed my order. He asked for my email address and sent me a copy of order for verification. I did and order was emailed back.
Several days later, I received an email that panel were cut and shipped by Fed Ex.
I received the panels and was amazed that they took extra time and money to package items so breakage was impossible.
Only hassle was getting box open and several layers of padding to get at the panels. I measure them and they were exact;y what I ordered. The panels have stick on labels that peeled off ok, I used rubbing alcohol and a rag to clean up label glue.
Installation was easy.
