My name is Eric Vandemark and I have been setting tile in San Diego County for over 15 years. I work by myself and have no other employees. The person you meet to discuss your project with is also the one doing the work. I take pride in doing a great job and making my customers happy.

He had to come back because there was a high spot in one of the tiles. I showed him where the tile was high. He fixed the issue.
I asked him to come back and look at the threshold of the pre-hung door I had installed by a handyman. The handyman that did the install put the threshold of the door on top of the tile. When Eric saw it he took one picture. He never even opened the door. He then walked out infuriated. I asked him what the problem was and he told me he couldn't help me. He marched right out the door. Once he got in his car he flipped me the bird and I heard one obscenities which was a follow up to the bird. He never answered any questions I had. I have no idea what infuriated this man. He was not adult enough to have a professional conversation with me. He just got bent out of shape. The guy was out of control when he left here. I didn't scream at him or flip him the bird. I couldn't believe he had never even opened the door.
I would never recommend him. Never. He does not know how to deal with people on an adult level.
