Rick is very professional and exceeded our expectations. He spent about 2 hours looking at every possible aspect of the pool and spa. He's extremely detailed and has a background in forensics (he's an expert in the field of pool safety). Rick goes above and beyond what you'd expect and he's also very personable. If you want to make sure that your pool is very safe, what needs to be done to bring it up to code and what to do in order to prevent issues in the future, please pay a little extra because you'll be very satisfied.
