Drain Medic/Rx Plumbing

I want to give this company 6 stars if I could. They are professional and being helpful to solve my drain problem. Because the sewer problem was not something we can fix, It was sitting underneath the utility boxes. While I was so worry, the technician offered to file a city report for me and they did all the follow up. (I didn't know the city would get involved). Luckily, the city fixed the pipe and I have one thing less to worry about. It is my blessing to find this plumbing co.. Linda was patient to listen to my initial call. The technician Enrique was very professional. He explained to me what the problem was and made sure everything ok before he left. It was late in evening but he was not rush to leave. I highly recommend this company.

Clear a clogged tub.

It went very well. Work was done quickly, and cleanup was thorough. Very nice crew, all very professional. They had to jack hammer part of the driveway and go down 4-5ft, so it was a big job. They put in a 2-way cleanout so there won't be any more issues. Highly recommend these guys, would definitely use again.

The whole process went well. The techs called when they were 30 minutes away and arrived within their scheduled time slot. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgable. They worked with me to relocate some plants that would have been damaged during their excavation. They carefully cordoned off the hole and covered it to make sure that there were no accidents while the hole was open. They did a great job of explaining what they were doing. And, best of all, their repair worked! I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. They showed up the same day and did a thorough exam of the plumbing to and from the hot water heater. They were able to fix it within 30min.

OK. It was a Sunday evening so I appreciated being able to get the job done for my tenants.

It took them trying a couple different things, but they got the drain unclogged and gave me tips on preventing clogs in the future. They were nice, professional and courteous.

Excellent! The plumbers came the day after I called, during the time they were expected. They asked about the problem and explained what they would attempt to do and gave me an estimate of the cost. They solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Both men were friendly and professional. I would definitely use this company again in the future. My son-in-law who happened to be here at the time even talked to them about doing some plumbing at his home. We were both impressed with their level of service!

Quick, courteous service. My technician, Duncan, was very thorough and even corrected the drain piping under the sink. Would definitely call them again.

Placed new sewer line with 4" ABS pipe. Everyone else wanted to shoot a liner down our old pipes which were 3". With 90 degree bends the liner a liner would not have been a good fix. plus by the time the liner was inserted the pipe would be as small as 2 1/2 inches and most likely caused more problems. We were happy to have it done right for less money than the liner would have been.

Clearing it was difficult due to angle of old pipes. He didn't give up even though it was seemingly impossible to do. He was professional, knowledgable, friendly and charged a very fair price for the service. The drain is running fine and no more flooding. Thanks!

Went great. Quick work and everything was working again.

Great. Mario the lead plumber was very knowledgeable and professional. Since we had insurance to cover this, it took an extra to get approval and get work done. Insurance covered the entire cost. Also working with Linda to book appt and walk us through the process made everything go smoothly.

Service itself was fine. Booking the appointment was more complicated than it should have been. When purchasing the coupon I specified the times I requested. After purchasing, I received an email telling me to call a number for service, with no mention of my preferred appointment times. I called the number saying I needed to book an appointment for the service specified and was questioned "How did you get this number?" I told them I was sent an email telling me to call. I scheduled the appointment, and the plumber arrived on time with great service. I gave the plumber my Angie's list coupon number, which he wrote down directly from my phone. About two months after the appointment, I received an invoice in the mail saying I had a bill 60 days past due. I immediately called the number, and was told billing was closed (it was Friday afternoon), but I would get a call first thing on Monday. I didn't get a call by Monday afternoon, and I called, and was told that billing would take care of it, and after I asked I was told they could send me an email after it was taken care of. I received an email two days later saying the invoice had been taken care of. Although the service was great, getting an invoice for a past due bill and having to make more than one phone call to get the bill taken care of when I provided to coupon number on the initial visit means I will not be using this company again.

Fast, professional!

It went very well. The plumber (Keith) was very friendly. Unfortunately, the faucet needs to be replaced, but Keith quoted us a fair price to install the new one when we purchase a new faucet. We are now having an issue with a toilet, and plan to use this company again.

Professional, timely, and reasonable cost.

He arrived at time scheduled, and did the work required.  The master bath was left cleaned up nicely but the second bathtub was left with dirty residue left in tub.  (As I can't get down an my knees to clean I had to climb into the  tub and lean over to clean). 

To replace the pressure regulator he had to cut out and replace part of the line and the replace the regulator - which he did most effectively.  However, to get at the water shut off and the regulator he had to undo the existing garden watering hose and move the storage box - which he did not replace.  To be fair, I  didn't know if this is required by the service provider, and I didn't do a walk-through before he left.  As I didn't notice these thing until later, it wasn't brought to his attention, I'm sure that ho would have corrected these at the time..

Javier was on-time, responsive, efficient, clean, professional, and helpful beyond the requested service. The problem was taken care of just fine. I will definitely consider this company for future plumbing needs.
