My painter recommended them. I compared the price with a big box store and they were comparable and they were closer to my house. The shutters were very reasonably priced. It took me forever to make up my mind and they put up with me. I called them ahead of time and they were able to give me a ballpark price so they were responsive. I let the shutters set there for 3 weeks. They called me back really promptly unlike other places that don't answer the phone.

Salespeople are always helpful and attentive. After buying the faucets, discovered they were on sale at another branch, got them at the sale price without any problem from the sales rep.

Overall quality of cabinets is excellent. Design basically good. The salesman made several mistakes in measurement and design that required us to modify cabinets in a less than ideal way. The worst thing was that the salesman recommended an installer who turned out to be a total disaster and who damaged the cabinets and denied his mistakes. Though they made an attempt to mediate, Dixieline took no responsibility for the install. Gary Seavers, the salesman, had the gall to tell me: ''Well, if you turn the lights down and open a bottle of wine, you won't notice.'' After spending more than $20K for the cabinets plus $6K for the sloppy install! His attitude, basically, was that I was too picky. Moral: Never purchase cabinets from a company that does not take full responsiblity for the installation and correcting any measurement issues.

THEY DID ALL THE WORK AND WERE DONE IN A SHORT TIME. THEY ARE GOOD TO WORK WITH AND THE COST WAS GOOD.
