I needed to rotate my tires. These were on a new/used car I had purchased and COSTCO does not do that. Only rotates for tires purchased at COSTCO. Well, imagine my surprise when they said, we will rotate your tires FREE!!! Even though I did not purchase them there. What a company.

This place and its personnel are really buttoned-down and super-organized. Clean, uniformed, friendly at all levels. I protested that I expected to pay them for their services, but Roberto said, and quot;No. It is no charge, sir.and quot; I could not believe I was still in the year 2012 ! Unheard of, eh? But oh-so-smart on their part: What are the chances I will go there when I need a new set of tires in about 6 months? 100% assured.

I went there cold and they worked me into their schedule early the next day. They told me to come in early and I would get prompt treatment. That's what I did and they took care of me pretty quickly the next morning. They were okay but I think their tire prices were higher so I probably wouldn't go there to buy tires.

This place was highly recommended, so an appointment was made through Clay to install four new tires on a Mercedes E500.
I arrived early and while waiting in the office area, I noted how well and courteous the employees were to their customers, both in person and on the telephone. They were busy, and the service area was clean and tidy. The car had to have tires rated for high speed, but I wanted ones that were quieter than the originals, and preferably longer lasting and more economical. Clay suggested the tires I should have, and these were promptly mounted, and I was on my way. The tires are quieter, and the ride is good. Clay was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I am very pleased with their product, their service and warranty.

My experience with them was very good. I went in because I had a flat tire. They assessed my car and told me I had 2 tires that were worn and suggested that I needed new tires. Their prices were very good and their service was great. I was very pleased and would use them again in the future.
