The crew arrived on time and looked very professional. Doug was the crew lead and made sure everythig was done corretly. We had moved the majority of boxes ourselved but had a lot of furniture. No damage, no scratches and they were done loading driving and unloading in the 3 hour time frame agreed to even though I thought it would take 4.
Great job and I would highly recommend the company and especially the crew to anyone. I tipped each guy (3) $50.00 after the job and they were very pleased.

The office person did not give me all the information....luckily I remembered it was cash or cashiers check only and verified with them before the move. They did show up on time and got to work. The first move from house to condo was about 2 hours. The move from condo to house was over 3 hours and I was charged. The condo was a temporary place and I never fully unpacked. My son and I moved 90 percent of all the boxes, clothing and kitchen items. The movers only did a few boxes and the large items...mostly in the garage. This move took twice as long to do, and there was less to move and a shorter travel time. They also broke the shades on my granddaughters lamp and did not put it on their report until I requested it. I requested they put my bed together and they refused. They said they did not take it down....but they did on the first move and I just stored it in the condo garage. Overall I felt they were not as careful with the furniture or items as they could be. I would not use them again.

They're very quick and I like the price. They've always taken great care of my stuff and I've never had anything broken.

In all, a pleasant experience. Will certainly use their service again.

My experience with Discount Movers was incredibly positive from the first phone call to the last box delivered into my new home. Friendly, professional, well priced, and an emphasis on EFFICIENT! I love these guys!

IT sucked. The movers were arrogant.

The arrived on time and got to work immediately. They filled a 16-foot van and the entire evolution took 4 1/2 hours. They only took one 10-15 minute break. They were fast (sometimes a little too fast), and got the truck loaded in about 2 hours. They followed us to the new house and off-loaded everything. One of the movers left his tools behind. He came by to pick it up later and offered to help me unload my car before taking back his tools. So far as we can tell, most everything is undamaged.

The movers, Yuri and Eric, were friendly and efficient. They seemed to know what they were doing, didn't waste a lot of time and did a good job overall. An Ikea dresser was slightly damaged (some wood cracked) even though they wrapped it in shrink wrap. We didn't notice this until after they'd left, but the insurance is like 60 cents a pound so it isn't worth calling to try to file a claim over. I don't think anything else was damaged or lost. They inflated the drive time -- it took less than 20 minutes and they said it took a half hour, and because drive time is doubled that made a difference -- and also told us it was customary to tip 20-30 percent, so it ended up costing more than expected. Otherwise, we were happy with the job.

The price was great and the service was phenomenal! They didn t break anything and did a good job. They were so quick and able to get everything together with no problems. I would definitely recommend them to other people. I am very impressed with this company.
