Our twenty thousand square foot location has a showroom displaying many fabulous shower enclosures and doors with a variety of cabinet glass, decorative cast glass, mirrored wardrobe doors and more. The measure guy came out to measure the two areas in the kitchen. Glass was cut and I picked up to back paint. When the installers came out, the measure person measured WRONG. One area was 1/4" too tall and another 1/4" to short. When I called to let the office know, all they said was sorry. After all I painted the glass, which I replied to the receptionist, yes, I did paint it and my walls didn't move in between the measure and installation.
So much for their assurance that if I paid them to measure and install it would be accurate.
Very disappointed.
No follow up from anyone at the company. What a disappointment.

DISCOUNT GLASS & MIRROR is a top notch company. They did several big projects for me years back and every single shower enclosure/door they have build stood the 'test of time'. When I realized that in a newly purchased house, the gaskets/hinges started to give, I decided to call them before a heavy glass door comes crashing down.
As always, they are perfectly on time and very professional. The estimator surely knew what needed to be done (>18 years of experience) and the crew did an outstanding job as well. No gimmicks, no games. Great communications from office personel to crew who remember to call you 1/2 before he arrives. Very happy with the quality of their work.

The shop was crowded and there was only one woman attending to clients in the framing shop. I wouldn't go back because it was a drive to get there and you don't know how long you'll have to wait. On the other hand, the shower door was expertly made and the installation went smoothly.

Their prices are fair. However their contract terms and conditions are bad. For example, they want you to sign that you'll agree to arbitration and pay their legal fees, have a pretty much worthless warranty, and you will never hear from them if you try to negotiate the terms (no matter how polite you are). Unfortunately I find this rather unprofessional.

The estimator showed up on time took measurements. Received the estimate a few days later via email. The price was good. Scheduled an appointment for installation. Installers were on time. They were professional and did an excellent job installing the new doors and removing the old door and cleaning up after the job was done. I will use them again.

I called and they sent a man out to measure. He said my opening would be a custom size but their price was still lower than standard doors at other companies. I ordered the doors I wanted and they were ready and installed in 2 weeks, as promised. The men that did the installation were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. And they wore booties to cover their boots!

Excellent-- the sales staff, the estimator and the installers. Very helpful, patient and informative while I tried to choose from the various options. Always came on time, friendly and helpful. The installers did an excellent job and clearly took pride in their work. I would recommend their work to anyone.

The estimator came out on time and was knowledgeable about the structural requirements and the options available to us. The quote was fairly priced. We visited the showroom to see the different options in person and the sales associate there was friendly and helpful. The installers arrived on time and did a nice job of installing the door and cleaning up after themselves. They told us to call anytime if we had leaks and they would come back to add rubber stripping. We were very pleased with the quality of the product and the service we received from Discount Glass and Mirror.

Good experience with very helpful staff. They have opened the showroom on Saturdays until 1:00 which helps a lot with the pick-up.

Excellent, very polite. I had another company quote me over the phone $300. for the job. Then they sent someone to look at the job and raised the quote to $800. saying it would take a 4 man team. Discount Mirror quoted an hourly price with a minimum of $165. They thought it would be no problem to get the job done with the minimum. It took two men 30 mins. They didn't break it or crack it.

ALL PERSONNEL DEALT WITH WERE EXCEPTIONALLY POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HELPFUL. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ENSURE OUR APPLICATION WAS SAFE, AND AFFORDABLE, TO ACCOMMODATE OUR SCHEDULE, AND TO ENSURE ACCURACY OF ALL MEASUREMENTS. SALES EXECUTIVE, JENNIFER STARLING, WAS MOST HELPFUL IN ASSISTING ME. WHEN A REPLACED SLIDING GLASS WINDOW BROKE DURING REINSTALLATION, SHE TOOK IT TO THE SHOP WHERE THEY IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM, AND REPLACED THE GLASS A SECOND TIME AT NO CHARGE. THEIR PRICES ARE EXCELLENT AND THE SERVICE GREAT.
