John Nelson was very responsive and worked with us on the scheduling to meet our requirements. The repair of the shower stall wall was completed in one day, and the tiles on both the shower wall and counter top were completed on a second day. The only issue was that they could probably have done a little better job of dust control during the removable of the damaged tile. This was minor and we would definitely use them again, perhaps requesting a little more attention to dust control.
