The designer did not seem to know her product very well. She did not leave us with a copy of our work and material invoice. After install the second day the power motor on one of the Windows stopped working. It took about two months and several phone calls to get the replacement motor. We will not use Decorview again.

From the first contact to the final goodbye everybody from the telephone scheduling department to the installers were polite, considerate and helpful.

THE DESIGN PERSON WAS FRIENDLY, FAIRLY PROFESSIONAL, AND WAS HELPFUL TO US WHEN MAKING OUR DECISIONS. HOWEVER, THERE WERE SOME COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS BETWEEN THE INSTALLER AND US AS FAR AS SCHEDULING WAS CONCERNED. THE ORDER, WHICH WAS PLACED IN MAY, AND FINALLY INSTALLED IN AUGUST, CONTAINED 5 OF THE TREATMENTS WHICH WERE INCORRECT, AND HAD TO BE RE-ORDERED. I WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE FACT THAT THE DESIGNER AND INSTALLER FAILED TO EXPEDITE THIS, AND WE HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH AND A HALF TO RECEIVE THE RE-ORDERED SHADES. THE INSTALLER DID A GOOD JOB WHEN DOING THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION OF THE TREATMENTS;FAST AND ACCURATE.
