My renter called on Sunday because a window in the dining room was shattered by something during the freak storm. I wrote an email and was called by Jon on Monday morning. I gave him my tenant's name in case he needed to get into the house. I called her and asked her to call him for an appointment. She said he came right out, measured and came back with the glass and had it done in very little time and it looks perfect. It was completely done the same morning, I was very happy with that. I called her to find out how it went before I wrote a review.  She was very happy with him and his service. She said he was very professional and he worked nicely and quickly.
