Installer was punctual, respectful, and cleaned up after himself. Whenever we wanted something changed or had a question he was upfront and honest, and he made the changes we wanted him to make without hesitation. The contact point of the company was upset that we did some other tile work in the house without asking him for a quotation. After that time the person was less hospitable and somewhat aloof, which is the only negative I have about the company. With that said I would use them again and recommend them because the work performed was very good.
