Angie knows the market; knows what sells; and knows how to find tenants while Lisa had a zest to stay on top of the many annoying little issues that came up getting my house ready.
Costs were reasonable, especially for tenants staying more than 1 year.
No up front fees. Money is taken from the first month's rent. Monthly maintenance fees after that are low.
She also knows people to get jobs done. The painter was dirt cheap but did an outstanding job ... I could never have done as well on my own.
