DALLAS WAS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR AND IF I EVER HAVE ANY HOME WARRANTY ISSUES..I ALWAYS REQUEST DALLAS. HE IS VERY PLEASANT AND I'VE NEVER MET ANYONE ELSE WHO CAN DIAGNOSE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM SO QUICKLY AND THEN FIX IT OR PROVIDE ME WITH INFORMATION NEEDED TO MAKE A DECISION ABOUT THE REPAIR NEEDED. IF I EVER HAVE AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE THAT IS NOT COVERED BY FIRST AMERICAN...I WILL ALWAYS CALL DALLAS. HE IS THAT GOOD AND THAT RELIABLE. A RARE QUALITY THESE DAYS.
