HE IS VERY PLEASANT AND I'VE NEVER MET ANYONE ELSE WHO CAN DIAGNOSE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM SO QUICKLY AND THEN FIX IT OR PROVIDE ME WITH INFORMATION NEEDED TO MAKE A DECISION ABOUT THE REPAIR NEEDED. IF I EVER HAVE AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE THAT IS NOT COVERED BY FIRST AMERICAN...I WILL ALWAYS CALL DALLAS. HE IS THAT GOOD AND THAT RELIABLE. A RARE QUALITY THESE DAYS.
Description of Work: DIAGNOSED CEILING FAN PROBLEM AND RELAYED TO MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY, THAT THE MOTOR WAS BURNED OUT.
