Joe owns this quality company south of San Diego. He is hard to get on the phone, but responds to e-mail and keeps the time for appointments at his office. First we went to his shop to decide on patterns and the type of metal we wanted. We particularly wanted bronze railings- iron would have been almost half the price. Joe has a huge choice of styles and helped us choose what we liked best. Then he came and measured our property before giving us a final quote. It took about 12 weeks to make the railings, but we had a large expanse. The installers were polite and efficient, completing the whole job in about 4 days. We had some minor problems with the stability of a long stretch of railing, but this was repaired quickly and without question. The job was completed within the stated quote and looks fabulous. They are not cheap or fast, but the work is first class.
