CRIVELLO CONSTRUCTION

Mario was recommended to us by my husband's coworker, for whom Mario was was currently doing a kitchen renovation. Overall, the renovations went very well. We had a tight timeline between the beginning of renovations and our move-in date, but Mario was able to get the necessary things done to allow us to be in the door on our move-in date, which included asking his guys to stay late to get things done and he never complained to us about it (even with his guys telling him our timeline was impossible!). We basically had a gut job on our condo, replacing everything that was non-structural. Mario found us a superb tile expert that did a beautiful job on our showers, baths and kitchen. His plumber was accommodating, coming back several times to do things as needed and fix any problems that arose. The painters left a little be desired, but ultimately completed the job as we requested and it was nice to Mario there as our spokesman to deal with any issues that came up. Mario gave us tips on where we could save money if we wanted to, chimed in when he thought something we wanted to do would not work well or day-to-day use and found solutions to get us what we wanted in the small spaces of our condo. The only negative was that at times it was hard to reach him, but I do not think that is out of the ordinary for a busy contractor with multiple projects going on. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a quality renovation with someone that will respect your budget!
