They would show up for 10-15 minutes and blow stuff around, possibly trim a bush or two then leave, for this they charged $125 month.  Although there were weeds growing in the ice plant which was growing everywhere, they did not pull out the weeds nor trim the ice plant until I asked them to do so then they only trimmed the ice plant. 







They also fertilized the ice plant then billed an additional amount on top of the $125/month they were getting without even asking.  I cancelled the service in August because I felt I was paying for nothing.  I can go out and blow things around without paying someone that kind of money for 10-15 minutes of their time once a month.

I went with them because they were supposed to have a full maintenance program. I have a large property and I wanted someone that could fix it up and maintain it every week. That was where we ran into trouble. They don't have a maintenance program; all they do is mow your grass so I don't use them anymore. I liked Craig; he was a really nice guy. I liked everybody that worked there and they were nice people; they just didn't do everything they said they were going to do especially in the maintenance area. I didn't bid out the project because I liked them. They are nice people but they do average contractors.

We hired him because he gave a military discount. The service was OK. The staff barely spoke English, so I was not very pleased with that. I was not able to communicate with the staff very well. I'm not satisfied with what I received for the money that I paid. I am in negotiations with Craig about that currently. I'm not sure if I will use this company in the future.

Craig is very professional and his team of workers know what they are doing. They work hard & fast and are very knowledgeable. I would not hire anyone else!

They hauled away some boxes. They were very nice and did a good job. They showed up when they were supposed to and were very professional.

I have had extensive landscaping done on my property for the past year and a half. Accordingly I have hired many, many contractors. I didn't know about Angie's List at the time and ended up with mostly unsatisfactory work. It has been a truly frustrating experience with contractors only interested in making money rather than performing the service properly. The sprinkler system was one of the worst jobs performed on my property. Guess I got lucky that day because I called Craig's company to fix the situation. Among other things his company did was to install sprinklers around my fountain. Because of the previous errors on the sprinkler install, the pipes for the fountain flower bed were on the same valve with the grass causing the flower beds to receive too much water. Craig's technician ended up having to repipe the area spending four additional hours completing the job. I wasn't charged for the added time. The job was completed to perfection!!! and the technician even cleaned up afterwards. Craig came to my home to check on the work and be sure I was satisfied. They are a great, old fashioned, satisfaction guaranteed company which has been so rare in my experience. I cannot say enough good things about Craig and the way he runs his company. He stands head and shoulders above the others. I am thrilled, ecstatic to have found him.

Craig was responsive by telephone and was able to accommodate my schedule. He showed up extremely promptly, honored the Angie's List discount, and took care of hauling a large piece of furniture out of my office. His men were extremely efficient and quiet and didn't disrupt the office in any way. I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness and efficiency and friendliness of the company and Craig in particular.

I was very impressed by the person who came out and remove those plants. These very heavy, potted palm plants, some as high as 10' and he moved them all by himself. He even assisted someone who needed help while he was moving my plants. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and showed up on time as well. He even advised that instead of just dumping those plants in the dumpster, he would try to recycle or reuse them instead. Initially, the priced seem a bit high, but he worked very hard to finish the job.

Craig Shelton came over promptly to give an estimate (I can't recall how much it was, but the fee was the same, and reasonable considering dump fees, etc.). The $185 I entered is approximate. He also gave me the Angie's List coupon for 5% off. His team arrived the next day to do the work. They called prior to coming to explain they would be a little late, but arrived when they said they would. Work was done quickly and courteously.

Tim was on time and very personable. He and his helper did the job efficiently, speedily, and with professionalism. It was a good price. Would definitely use them again.
