Craftsman foundation repair made our experience as good as it could have been. Having worked with many construction contractors, Craftsman Foundation Repair provided the best experience and highest quality work I have seen yet. Larry and his team are highly recommended!
Overall it was a great experience.

"This is a tough situation that as a business owner you have to deal with. The job entailed patching and repairing the stemwalls of the house, which the client wanted done prior to painting. The Client delayed the decision to the last minute and we bent over backwards to accommodate her, which meant adjusting the schedule on other jobs and disrupted our work flow, which I am happy to try to do to help our clients. I personally bid the job, and inspected the job 3 times prior to completion. My job supervisor was there every day, and in fact performed a large portion of the work himself. The portion in question (the porch) entailed patching the porch tops that included removal of large amounts of patching. I initially recommended that the porches be replaced. We are a repair company, and admittedly, we can only do limited cosmetic repairs. In this situation, the patching of the porch we did was initially not up to both our and our client's standards. I personally inspected the situation, and we decided to do additional patching and floating of the slabs. Also, the client had issues with two small areas on the outside stemwalls that needed addiitonal attention. These were done to our mutual satisfaction. I had no problem fixing these issues, and they were performed immediately. We worked on this project every day until completion, and additional time was spent because we feel it is more important to do the job right than to rush. There are multiple steps to this type of job, and they cannot be accelerated without sacrificing quality. We provide a five year warranty on all our work. On this project, we are not providing a warranty on the porch tops as we know, and informed the client in writing up front, that the patching will not last. I admit that I and my workers are human, and we can make mistakes. We did not make mistakes on this project, and I resent the implications that the low grades imply. We take a large amount of pride in our work, and I am personally insulted by this review. I met with this client on several occasions, and bent over backwards to make her happy. If she were to call with any issues today, I still would address the issues if there are any and try to make the job right."
"Thank You! We try-and our client's make it easy for us!"
"The member is a great customer and she has a cool hound dog!"
