They came out and did this, then it was weeks and they did this. I think the prices are competitive. Excellent work they have done for me. At the time i had that disaster and it was a Sunday morning and they came out right away and took care of it which i was pleased about. I did not know what to do beyond that and he referred me to a restoration company,.

Called in the morning ( day before Thanksgiving) and they send a technician the same afternoon. The technician was very professional and courteous.

On time. Called in advance. Pleasant to deal with and all done well and fairly quickly and per the estimate given. Cleaned up after himself and everything works perfectly. Not wild about the price but they were actually a bit lower than one other bid. Probably my age.

Nice!  Lou called when on his way.  showed up when he said.  talked thru the project with me and asked what I wanted to do vs. telling me how he is going to do it.  He was very honest and up front with me and I will ask for him again.   He really had to work to get the old faucets out (previous install wasn't done right) but he just kept working and got the job done probably as fast as anyone could - I saw him from the upstairs window and he was running out to his truck for parts.   Which is another thing - he had parts in his truck!  I've used other plumbing companies *cough *cough Black Mountain who had to go to Home Depot twice for parts while doing a 2" drain repair for me! 

I'd recommend them to friends and family...

When I originally called, the service receptionist gave me an appointment that was two days out, but offered to call me if an earlier day/time opened up.  She called me within an hour and was able to schedule me that day. The service technician arrived promptly at the estimated time.   He thoroughly explained the origin of the leak and what was needed to repair it. He was very professional in explaining the time needed and cost to fix the problem.  After completing the job, he took the time to answer other questions I had about future plumbing jobs I was interested in.

It went very well.  Better than we had expected given the condition of the house.  Tony and one of his guys spent a full day from 8am until after 5pm working on everything.  Tony even managed to track down a special type of shower handle in the finish I was looking for (don't ask).  They were prompt, kind, and most importantly did solid quality work.  We were more than happy to pay him for his time and materials. 

I think it's worth mentioning that this isn't our first home.  We've been though a full home remodel before and used a different plumbing company.  We were far more happy with Courtesy Plumbing because we could see they really knew what they were doing.  They seem to be a small company with a select number of very experienced plumbers.  We did have to book a few weeks in advance because we had so much work to be done, but it was worth it.  I did not list the price here as it is our family policy not to disclose this type of information.

My husband and I bought a fixer upper house.  It needed a lot of plumbing work.  We were able to give Courtesy Plumbing the home inspection report and they were able to work down the list and fix everything on it.  Their initial estimate was on target, they showed up exactly when they said they would, and they did really good, solid work.  This is our second home, we know plumbing quite well, and feel Tony and crew are worth the money.  We want our plumbing done right the first time with quality workmanship, and that is what Courtesy Plumbing provided.

Job was quoted and started within a week and a half. Quote came in 200$ less than competitor. The guys that came over were nice and efficient. Job was done in two days and everything is working great.

They call when they are within 20 minutes of showing up.  They were within the time frame given when appointment was made.  Abraham was very professional and friendly.  Will definitely call again.

I found this plumber on Yelp (where they are THE dominant plumber in San Diego area) before joining Angie's List. I am surprised to see so few reviews here for them.
I have hired them twice over the last 2 years, and I have been delighted with the quality and value of their work. They are prompt and professional. I fully trust them to honestly explain the pros and cons of different approaches. I will certainly continue hiring them in the future.
The two exterior faucets that they replaced required sawing off the old pipe coming from the house and welding a new faucet onto this pipe. They even added a screw on connection so I can replace the faucet myself in the future. The plumber that did this work was a complete perfectionist. The connections look perfect, just like brand new construction.
These guys are awesome. . . a plumber we can trust AND afford!
